As the 19th century draws to a close in New York City, Jack Kelly & his fellow newsboys take action as publishing giant Joseph Pulitzer squeezes their profits by raising newspaper prices.  Come and see our enthusiastic young cast sing and dance their way through the news strike which disrupted newspaper delivery for two weeks in July 1899 – and which happens to coincide exactly with our production – 120 years later!
