Ballet Northwest’s Crescendo

Crescendo brings together members of the Olympia Symphony and over fifty Ballet Northwest dancers for a groundbreaking performance featuring Gershwin’s An American in Paris, Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons, Ravel’s Bolero, Brahms’ Hungarian Dance #5, and a suite of dances from the famous Russian ballet La Bayadere with music by Minkus. Guest choreographers include Matthew Pawlicki-Sinclair (Oregon Ballet Theatre), Suzanne Haag (Eugene Ballet), Laney Engelhard (American Repertory Ballet), Xijun Fu (National Ballet of China), Justine Sheedy-Kramer (MFA, University of Utah), Joanne Holbrook (BA, Tshwane University), and Rachael Parnell (BFA, University of Hartford.)
