Named after an album by African-American preeminent jazz swing-era violinist Stuff Smith, Black Violin blends classical, hip-hop, rock, R&B, and bluegrass music. Accompanied by a drummer and a DJ, Wil Baptiste (viola) and Kev Marcus (violin) are a string duo from Florida who have played together since high school. Selling out shows in 49 states and 36 countries, Black Violin will be an unforgettable performance here at The Center!
