SPSC Orchestra: Holiday Classics

The South Puget Sound College Orchestra presents its first concert of the 2017-2018 season. Opening the concert will be the Festival Overture of Dmitri Shostakovich with added brass players from Olympia High School.  Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Ballet Suite No. 1 will close the first half.

The second half of the concert will present Christmas season favorites featuring orchestra principal flute, Laura Dickinson, and also featuring “Kids in Concert” singing songs from Home Alone with the orchestra.
