Studio West Dance Guild: Dance to Make A Difference

Studio West Dance Theatre hosts the 9th annual Dance to Make a Difference charity gala. This year, all net proceeds will be donated to Family Support Center of South Sound (FSCSS), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which provides support for homeless and low income families in the South Sound community. The reception begins at 6:00 pm and includes a light dinner, wine, and live music. A silent auction will be held during intermission. At 8:00 pm, you are invited to the main-stage to enjoy a fantastic dance performance by the following companies:

Studio West Dance Theatre (Olympia), Audacity Cru (Olympia), Ballet Northwest (Olympia) EDGE (Olympia), Evergreen City Ballet (Renton), Momentum (Seattle), Olympic Ballroom Dance (Olympia), Southwest Washington Dance Ensemble (Chehalis), and Washington Contemporary Ballet (Tacoma).

Only 100 tickets for the gala reception are available for sale, so purchase your tickets soon! To allow for catering planning, gala reception tickets will only be sold until March 9th or until all tickets are sold out.

We are excited this year to premier a brand new choreographic work by Laura and Jerome Tisserand, principal dancers with Pacific Northwest Ballet.
