Studio West Dance Theatre’s The Nutcracker

Be swept away this holiday season by Studio West Dance Theatre’s fresh take on The Nutcracker. You will be delighted by professional sets, costumes and principal guest artists from Pacific Northwest Ballet and Ballet Memphis. Studio West’s rendition of this holiday classic is blended seamlessly with traditional ballet and comical surprises certain to have you dancing in your seats.

For our young patrons ages 4 and up, join us at the Winter Wonderland Nutcracker Party one hour before the Saturday matinees on 12/10 and 12/17. Make a holiday keepsake, delight in a reading of The Nutcracker story, visit and take pictures with characters from the ballet, and enjoy refreshments including special snowflake cupcakes. Tickets are $10 (plus $3 facility fee). Adults chaperoning their children do not need to purchase tickets.

We have an exciting announcement this year: our Studio West Dance Guild will hold a Pandora Bracelet Raffle during The Nutcracker performances. Eight Pandora bracelets with charms will be raffled (valued at $115 per bracelet/charm), and a winner will be chosen at the end of each of our 8 performances. All raffle entries will be entered in a drawing for the grand prize, a $250 Panowicz Jewelers gift certificate, which will be drawn after the last performance on 12/18. You do not have to be present to win. Raffle tickets are $5 each and can be purchased in the lobby. Proceeds from the raffle will be used to provide free master classes for dancers in our community.
