WASHINGTON CENTER COVID-19 FAQ

 

Q. Is the Washington Center Box Office Open?
A.
Our box office is open Tuesday through Saturday, 12:00pm-5:30pm, and two hours before every ticketed event. Need assistance at another time? Please leave a message at (360) 753-8586 or send an email to boxoffice@washingtoncenter.org. We will get back to you during business hours! 

Q. Do I need to show proof of vaccination to come to a show?
A.
As of March 16, 2022, the Washington Center venue will no longer be requiring proof of vaccination or a negative test to attend. Continue reading to see requirements for Harlequin Productions and the Kenneth J. Minnaert Center for the Arts.

Q. Are face coverings or masks required?
A.
As of March 16, 2022, the Washington Center continues to encourage everyone to wear a mask while in the venue.

Q. What are the COVID requirements for Harlequin Productions or the Kenneth J. Minnaert Center?
A.
At this time, Harlequin Productions continues to encourage everyone to wear a mask while in the venue.

At this time, people attending an event at SPSCC in the Kenneth J. Minnaert Center are not required to show proof of vaccination or wear a mask on campus.

Q. What if I buy tickets and the performance gets rescheduled or canceled?
A. We want our patrons to feel confident about their ticket purchases. If a show is rescheduled, your tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Can’t attend the new date? Call the Box Office and we will assist you with your flexible options. Refunds minus the service fee may be requested up until 2 weeks prior to your rescheduled event. If a show is canceled altogether, we will offer a full ticket refund.

Q. What if I buy tickets and am sick or in contact with someone sick with COVID?
A.  In the event you are exposed to or contract COVID-19, you may:

    • Gift your tickets to a friend, OR
    • Donate your tickets back to the Center as a tax-deductible donation, OR
    • Exchange your tickets for another event in the future*

* Exchange fee applies. Please communicate changes with us prior to the start of your event.

Q. Can you scan my tickets from my phone?
A. YES! If you received your tickets via email, please have tickets open and ready for scanning before you reach the door, and remember to have your brightness turned up!

Q. What is your air filtration situation?
A. Air filtration rating/grade is MERV 8 pre filter and MERV 14 bag filter. Our Turnover rate is 4.5 times per hour.

Q. How are you cleaning the theater between events?
A. After each event our team will sanitize the restrooms and other high-traffic and high-touch areas to prepare for the next patrons to safely utilize the building.

Q. Do you require physical distancing at the Center?
A. We are following Washington State Guidelines which do not currently require physical distancing.
